Public Input Sought for Potential Downtown Improvements

The Planning & Development Services Department is developing a new master plan for improving the appearance of downtown and is asking city residents to complete a short online survey to help guide the process. The survey will be posted through Dec. 15 at CityofWS.org/DTStreetscape and solicits participants' thoughts on such items as trees, lighting, curbside parking and other elements that make up the downtown "streetscape." The survey allows participants to use a map to indicate specific locations where they think downtown improvements are needed. All residents are invited to participate, not just people who live or work downtown.
