Tree Ordinance

A public hearing date for the Tree Ordinance is scheduled for July 20, 2009.

At this public hearing, the City Council will consider three versions of the ordinance: The October 2008 version, the version recommended by the Planning Board in December 2008, and the May 2009 compromise version. These ordinances are available online.
