Council Member Malloy is a native of Winston-Salem, North Carolina and graduate from the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County School System. He continued his educational studies at Winston-Salem State University. Council Member Malloy has spent his adult life being active in the community, helping the disadvantage, and being a voice for the voiceless. He is a single parent and the father of four children - three young adults and one deceased.
