Office of Community Assistance
Citizen Service Made Easy!
Need help getting a city service but you don’t know where to turn? Now you can call your community assistance liaison.
Their job is to make it easy to interact with city government – whether you need a pothole fixed, or a street light replaced, or have an issue with the way the city is doing something. Each community assistance liaison is responsible for a quadrant of the city.
Our community assistance liaisons are veteran city employees who know the ins and outs of city government. Their job is to resolve issues, not just be a referral service. They’ll take your question, get an answer and get back to you. If the issue is beyond the scope of city government, they’ll put you on the right track.
When they’re not working on citizen issues, the community assistance liaisons will be an extra pair of eyes on the prowl for illegal dumping, blocked stormwater drains, and other services that the city handles.
Detailed ward maps are available on the City Council page
