City Secretary
The City Secretary's Office prepares and publishes the agenda for the City Council Members that is developed by the City Manager. Staff support, such as correspondence and research, is a service the office provides to the City Council Members. The office records the minutes of all meetings of the council members and its four committees: Community Development/Housing/General Government, Finance, Public Safety and Public Works, and keeps a permanent file of all documents resulting from the meetings.
