Attracting new developers and businesses to Liberty Street to generate a strong business environment on Liberty Street.
Enhancing the effectiveness of private and public safety efforts and the perception of safety in the area.
Guiding design and appearance standards along Liberty Street.
Establishing an East Winston "downtown" gathering and shopping area, creating a "sense of place."
Developing stronger entrepreneurial, management, and technology skills in new and existing community businesses through training facilities and programs.
