This area provides referral services to individuals interested in starting a small business or seeking technical assistance in preparing business plans, financial projections and locating small business resources.

Minority & Women Business Enterprise Program

This program identifies and certifies qualified minority and women owned business enterprises to provide goods and services to the City. In addition, the program provides workshops and seminars for certified minority and women owned businesses, and assistance with the resolution of problems and complaints relating to the M/WBE Program.
