Financial Management Services
The Financial Management Services Department of the City of Winston-Salem provides assistance to city administrators in maintaining the city's overall financial stability through sound financial planning and management. The department has over 80 employees divided into seven divisions: Administration, Revenue, Treasury & Financial Systems, Risk Management, Accounting Services/Payroll, Internal Audit, and Purchasing.
