The Treasury Division provides cash management by reconciling the deposits of all city funds, recording cash disbursements, investment of cash balances, monitoring external investment managers, and the administration and timely payment of all city obligations.

Financial Systems

Financial Systems coordinates information technology services with the IS Department and vendors.  This division also provides direct systems support for client-server interfaces and applications and custom built applications.  The major client-server systems supported are Axys Investment Managment, Cyborg HR/Payroll, Financial Management System II, SII Cashiering, Hansen Business License and Permits Collections and Utility Manager.  Financial Systems also provides first-line troubleshooting and support for Divisions within the Financial Management Department.
