Key Box Requirements:

A key box (Knox Box) is required for all new construction and major up-fits for commercial and multi-family properties.

Knox Box authorization order forms must be obtained from The Fire Plan Review section located at the Bryce A. Stuart Building 100 East First Street, Suite 328, Winston-Salem, NC 27101.
