Fire Station Four is home to Engine Company Four and Battalion Two.  Station Four is located in District Two.  Station Four is a Two-bay station and was placed into service in 1980.  Fire Station Four is assigned 5 personnel each shift.  

Station Four’s response area includes the area in and around the Winston-Salem State University, Bowman Gray Stadium and the busy interchanges of Business 40 / Highway 52.  Engine Company Four is currently the busiest Engine Company in the city.
