Fire Station Seventeen

For Emergencies, Dial "911"

Fire Station Seventeen is home to Engine Company Seventeen and Haz-mat One. Station Seventeen is located in District Two. Station Seventeen is a single-story, two-bay station and was placed into service in 1991. Station Seventeen is responsible for Winston-Salem/Forsyth County hazardous materials response team. Fire Station Seventeen is assigned 5 personnel each shift.

Haz-mat One responds to assist other fire department companies on incidents Hazardous Materials Incidents. Station Seventeen responds to eastern areas in the city that includes Linville Road, Old Greensboro Road, and Highway 421.
