Engine Company Twenty is located on Bethania-Rural Hall Road, which is a temporary site until station Twenty is built. Engine Twenty is located in District Three. Station Twenty is assigned 4 personnel each shift.

Station Twenty was placed into service in 2006 due to annexation. Station Twenty’s response areas include the areas of Bethania, U.S. 52, and responds to assist companies in Old Town, and Hanes Mill Road areas.
