Inspections
 The Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Inspections Division is responsible for permitting and inspecting all new building, electrical, plumbing and heating construction within the city of Winston-Salem and Forsyth County excluding the town of Kernersville.
Our Division includes zoning enforcement, construction control and erosion control.
WELCOME
 We would like to welcome our new Assistant Director (Zoning) Chris Murphy to Inspections. He joined us from the Planning Department where he started as the Growth Management Planner in November 2001, and later became the Principal Planner in 2002. We are glad to have him as a part of our team. He will be a great asset to the Inspections Department.
