Talk of the Town Coming to Southwest Ward on Nov. 9

Mayor Allen Joines and Southwest Ward Council Member Dan Besse will hold a Talk of the Town meeting with Southwest Ward residents on Thursday, Nov. 9, at the Forsyth Technical Community College West Campus auditorium, 1300 Bolton St.

They’ll discuss what’s going on in city government and issues important to the Southwest Ward, including traffic and transportation, neighborhood safety, and new development and stormwater runoff. Residents will be invited to ask about the issues that concern them. The meeting will start at 6:30 p.m.
