Mayor Joines to Speak on Climate Protection Agreement

Mayor Allen Joines will discuss environmental issues, including the U.S. Conference of Mayor’s Climate Protection Agreement that he recently signed, at a meeting Tuesday, Aug. 21, sponsored by the League of Women Voters.
