Officials with the Winston-Salem Police Department will hold a news conference at 8 a.m. Friday, May 16, to discuss the activities of its Robbery Task Force over the past two months, a new pattern in recent robberies, and crime prevention tips. The news conference will be held in the Public Safety Center Auditorium, 725 N. Cherry Street.
