West End Boulevard will be closed between Clover Street and Brookstown Avenue at 7:30 a.m. Monday, Feb. 25, to replace deteriorated drainage pipes. Construction is scheduled to be completed by Thursday evening, Feb. 28, 2008. A detour will be set up.
