Clover Street between West End Boulevard and Carolina Avenue is now open.

Construction continues on Sunset Drive between First and Forsyth streets and on Clover Street between Carolina Avenue and Glade Street. Detours are posted.

The Utilities Division is replacing aging water and sewer lines in most of the West End neighborhood. Work is expected to last through July 2008.
