West End Utility Project Update

Construction continues on Sunset Drive between First and Forsyth streets and on Clover Street between Carolina Avenue and Glade Street.

On Wednesday, Feb. 13, Sunset Drive between First and Forsyth streets will reopen, and crews will begin work on Sunset Drive between Forsyth and Glade streets. A detour will be posted.

The Utilities Division is replacing aging water and sewer lines in most of the West End neighborhood. Work is expected to last through July 2008.
