West End Utility Project Update

Construction began this week on Jersey Avenue between Clover Street and Brookstown Avenue. Work should last approximately three weeks.

On Monday, April 7, work will begin on Manly Street between West End Boulevard and Summit Street. Work should last approximately four weeks. A detour will be posted.

Construction continues on Pilot View Street between Summit and Broad streets.

Detours are posted for all the closed sections of streets.

The Utilities Division is replacing aging water and sewer lines in most of the West End neighborhood. Work is expected to last through July 2008.
