West Salem Utility Project Update

Construction on Wachovia Street, between Granville Drive and Beaumont Street, will be suspended during the week of Thanksgiving. Work will resume on December 1, 2008.
Construction continues on Gregory Street between Bank and Wachovia streets and is scheduled to continue for two more weeks.

Detours are posted for all closed streets.

The Utilities Division is replacing aging water and sewer lines in part of the West Salem neighborhood. Work is expected to last through December.
