Franklin Street will be closed from Granville to Spaugh streets to through traffic on Monday, Aug. 4, only.

Construction continues on Franklin Street between Beaumont and Spaugh streets, and on Cotton Street between Green and Apple streets

Detours are posted for all closed streets.

The Utilities Division is replacing aging water and sewer lines in part of the West Salem neighborhood. Work is expected to last through July 2009.
