West Salem Utility Project Update

Construction will begin on Apple Street between Granville and Cotton streets on Monday, Aug. 11. Work is expected to take two weeks.

Construction continues on Franklin Street between Beaumont and Spaugh streets, and on Cotton Street between Green and Apple streets.

Detours are posted for all closed streets.

The Utilities Division is replacing aging water and sewer lines in part of the West Salem neighborhood. Work is expected to last through July 2009.
