Petition in Silk Plant Forest Case Posted in City Web Site

A copy has been posted on the city Web site (www.CityofWS.org) of the petition requesting that the Forsyth County Superior Court authorize release of the full report from Silk Plant Forest Citizens Review Committee and all related documents.

Under state law, the city must have a court order to authorize the release of documents and portions of the report that contain confidential personnel information and records of criminal investigations.
