Police Chief Scott Cunningham to Hold Monthly News Conference
Citizens Can Watch Live on WSTV 13

Starting in September, Winston-Salem Police Chief Scott Cunningham will hold a monthly news conference on the first Wednesday of every month in the Public Safety Center auditorium, 725 N. Cherry St., Winston-Salem.

During each news conference Cunningham will update media representatives on topics of interest and accept questions.

WSTV 13, the government channel on TimeWarner Cable in Forsyth County, will televise each news conference live and replay it during the month.

The first news conference will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 1. Topics will include the Police Department’s Drug Free NC partnership with the Winston-Salem Dash, an overview on the Crime Reduction Task Force, and an update on traffic enforcement in school zones.
