WSTV 13 - The Government Channel

WSTV 13 brings city government to the citizens of Winston-Salem and Forsyth County by providing live and taped coverage of meetings of the Winston-Salem City Council and Forsyth County Commissioners. The monthly meetings of the City-County Planning Board are taped and replayed the next day.

WSTV 13 also tapes and replays events of community interest, produces monthly programs and news shorts about city projects and programs, and carries selected programming from outside sources. WSTV 13’s award-winning documentaries provide an in-depth look at significant places and events in the city’s history. Some programs, news shorts and public service announcements can be viewed online.

WSTV 13 is a division of the city's Marketing and Communications Department. It is available to all subscribers of TimeWarner cable in Forsyth County on channel 13.

It’s Your Business:  It’s Your Business is a series of monthly seminars for small businesses sponsored by the city’s Small Business Liaison and the Winston-Salem Chamber of Commerce. Seminars are held in the City Council Chamber the first Thursday of every month and are open to the public. Each seminar is taped and replayed.  (February - Social Media Marketing)
