City-County Planning Board

The City-County Planning Department is a joint City-County agency responsible for planning for the physical development of Winston-Salem and Forsyth County. The work done by the staff, the Planning Board, and its closely associated boards and commissions impacts what our community will look and feel like in the future, and we seek to involve citizens, businesses, civic organizations and the development community in our processes.
