The Community Appearance Commission [pdf/79kb] of Winston-Salem & Forsyth County is a 15-member board appointed by the Winston-Salem City Council and the Forsyth County Board of Commissioners. The Commission was formed in 1989 and includes citizens with a variety of career and life backgrounds.
