Staff Members

The Planning Department is composed of a 29-person staff with expertise in land use planning, transportation planning, economic development, historic preservation, neighborhood revitalization, environmental protection, and other issues affecting the growth of our community. Staff provides the data, information, and professional recommendations regarding land use issues and other planning policy questions to the Planning Board and elected boards to help them make informed recommendations and decisions. Staff accomplishes this work through four multidisciplinary teams - Cultural & Environmental Resources; Comprehensive Planning & Implementation; Development and Design Review; and Planning, Information, and Graphics Services.
