Little, James Thomas – IR# 451311
Date of Incident: October 29, 2004 Location: 2401 N. Liberty Street
Summary – Mr. Little was found deceased next to a dumpster at 2401 N. Liberty Street after leaving TJ’s Lounge.
Rakestraw, Ansel John – IR# 438613
Date of Incident: August 14, 2004 Location: 4039 Bethania Station Road
Summary – Mr. Rakestraw was found deceased inside the doorway of his home by a friend after having suffered fatal gunshot wounds.
Barr, Eltaro McCoy – IR# 422598
Date of Incident: May 13, 2004 Location: 1210 E. 4th Street
Summary – Mr. Barr was assaulted and robbed at his home. Mr. Barr’s injuries during the assault and robbery resulted in his death.
Snow, Sharon Annette – IR# 405096
Date of Incident: February 1, 2004 Location: 665 Linville Road
Summary – Ms. Snow was found deceased inside of her residence having suffered fatal gunshot wounds.
Lucky, Marion Cornelius – IR# 402813
Date of Incident: January 18, 2004 Location: 2916 Lomond Street
Summary – Mr. Lucky was shot inside of his residence during a robbery attempt.
Bovender, Katherine Cromer – IR# 403177
Date of Incident: January 16, 2004 Location: 3609 Old Salisbury Road
Summary – Officers were dispatched to the assisted living home on Old Salisbury Rd reference an assault. Ms. Bovender was reportedly beaten by a staff member and taken to the hospital for her injuries. She was treated and returned to the assisted living facility, then returned to the hospital where she later died.
