Date of Incident: October 24, 2006  Location: 2698 Bethabara Road
Summary – Officers located Mr. Fulks at his apartment deceased from an apparent gunshot wound.

UPDATE 09/17/2008 ARREST MADE
As a result of a two-year investigation, Lithomas Graham was arrested and charged with First Degree Murder and Armed Robbery in this case.  Lithomas Graham was in the custody of the NC Department of Corrections on other charges and was brought back to the FCLEDC as part of the investigation.  He is currently in the FCLEDC under no bond allowed with a court date set for 10/10/2008.
