The Black-Phillips-Smith Neighborhood Government Services Office serves as a convenient, one-stop, user-friendly City Hall satellite which schedules and hosts varied informational sessions presented by government, non-profit and private partners with the aim of removing obstacles toward achieving full citizen empowerment.

- Small Business Loan Program – Learn how you can get your small business off the ground through the City of Winston-Salem’s Small Business Loan Program. Ruben Gonzalez will give an overview of this program. Classes offered every third Thursday at 12:00 pm.
- Easy Riders Bicycle Club - Whether you are a beginner or just haven't ridden for a while, take advantage if riding within the safety of a group. Ride for fun fellowship and fitness. For seniors 55 plus. Join us Wednesdays at Salem Lake at 2 p.m. Don't forget to bring a friend!
