Let the beauty of Salem Lake Surround You!

Salem Lake is the fishing and boating haven in Winston-Salem. This 365-acre lake offers pier and boat fishing for hybrid bass, large mouth bass, catfish, crappie, bream, carp and white perch. *(No fishing from banks and boat motors over 50 horsepower must have prop removed to launch.)

Salem Lake also is a great place for recreational sailing, picnics, and for jogging or riding bikes along the 6.9 mile trail that rings the lake. N.C. Wildlife fishing licenses, N.C. boat registration, bait, tackle, snacks, drinks and bottled water are available at the Fishing Station.
