The Black-Phillips-Smith Government Center also serves as a convenient, one-stop, user-friendly City Hall satellite for you to pay for your water bill, city mortagages, parking tickets & yard waste cart stickers. • Easy Riders Bicycle Club - Whether you are a beginner or just haven't ridden for a while, take advantage if riding within the safety of a group. Ride for fun fellowship and fitness. For seniors 55 plus. Join us Wednesdays at Salem Lake at 2 p.m. Don't forge to bring a friend!
  
  
• Ceramics - This ceramics class is designed for seniors and special needs participants to teach them how to prepare pieces before the firing process. This class will also include instruction on several painting techniques to include glazing, staining, dry brush & wash. Join us on Tuesdays at the 14th Street Recreation Center from 2-4 p.m. Classes will run until December 11, 2007. Please call 727-2423 to register.
  
  
• Exercise Class - This program is designed for seniors and special needs participants who would like to increase flexibility, strength and range of motion. Join us at the William Roscoe Anderson Jr. Recreation Center (formerly Reynolds Park Recreation Center) aon Mondays from 10:30 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.
