Recycle Household Hazardous Waste

The sanitary landfill is not designed to handle household hazardous waste.  These special products need to be taken to the household hazardous waste facility. 

3RC The EnviroStation accepts metal polish, oven cleaners, rug shampoos, insect and garden chemicals, paint, antifreeze, oil and other automotive fluids, batteries, paint strippers and thinners, unmixed photographic chemicals and other poisonous, flammable and corrosive products.

Electronics can be taken to 3RC for recycling; there is a charge to the customer of twenty-five cents per pound. Cash and checks are accepted.

3RC does not accept regular trash or recyclables, ammunition, explosives, radioactive or infectious materials.

Hours of operation are:  9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Tuesday - Friday,  9:00 a.m. - noon Saturday, year-round except holidays.
