Resurfacing List For 2011-2012

The following lists of streets are scheduled to be resurfaced during the 2011-2012 budget year. If you live on one of these streets, you will first see utility structures adjusted, such as manholes, valve boxes, and curb grates. Second, an asphalt and gravel treatment will be applied to seal the old street surface. The street will then be paved with a smooth layer of black asphalt to finish the surface. Please excuse any inconveniences this might cause. If you have any questions regarding in-house resurfacing, please contact Bobby Branch at 727-8000 or bobbyeb@cityofws.org. All other resurfacing questions should be directed to Shannon Turner at 727-8000 or shannont@cityofws.org.  Resurfacing is expected to begin in July or August of 2011.


Paving will not proceed in any particular order. But each job should be completed in a two-week period, barring unforeseen circumstances or weather delays.
