Bicycle and Pedestrian Public Input Session 11/30/2009 Monday, November 30, 2009
The Winston-Salem Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) is soliciting input from the public regarding bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure projects. Do you know of areas that need sidewalks, bike lanes, or greenways? Are there places where it is difficult for pedestrians to walk or cross the street? Do you know of an area that would benefit from a greenway or on-street bicycle facilities?
If you would like to provide comments on potential projects, you can attend this public input session:
Monday, November 30th, 5-8pm West Forsyth YMCA 1150 S. Peace Haven Rd. Clemmons, NC 27012
Or please contact:
Matthew Burczyk Bicycle & Pedestrian Coordinator Department of Transportation City of Winston-Salem (336)747-6884
Please note this is one of four meetings set up for this purpose, along with sessions on Monday, December 7th; Wednesday, December 9th; and Monday, December 14th. Get more information on all dates and locations for these public input sessions.
