2003 Transportation Needs Report

The Winston-Salem Urban Area 2003 Transportation Needs Report is a priority listing of transportation projects for the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO).  In 2002, the MPO expanded to include portions of Davidson, Davie and Stokes Counties as well as Forsyth County.  The Needs Report is a part of the State Transportation Improvement Program process.  Local communities request funding for projects on a biannual basis.
