Lewisville Roads StudyLewisville Roads Study

The purpose of this study is to examine the traffic operations at the southern end of the Great Wagon Road, at the intersection of Shallowford Road and Williams Road, and at the interchange of US 421 and Williams Road.

Based on input from the public, NCDOT, Winston-Salem MPO, and Town Staff, this study updates the traffic forecasts presented in the 2005 report and presents and analyzes several alternatives for handling the anticipated traffic volumes in the study area. This report also considers pedestrian and bicycle facilities and a gateway into the Town.
