Public Transportation-Human Services 
Coordination Plan (2008)

The Winston-Salem Urban Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) has developed a coordinated human services transportation plan for all Federal Transit Administration (FTA) human services transportation programs.

This plan coordinates transportation resources provided by multiple federal programs. These programs improve transportation services for persons with disabilities, older adults and individuals with lower incomes.

Coordination of services will enhance transportation access, minimize duplication of services, and facilitate the most appropriate cost-effective transportation services.
