Research Parkway Environmental Assessment 

The Environmental Assessment for the Research Parkway Project is now available at the Winston-Salem Department of Transportation for public review until December 14.

The proposed project involves the construction of a new, four-lane roadway from Stadium Drive to Third Street partially within a former railroad corridor southeast of downtown Winston-Salem.

The purpose of the project is to improve connectivity and access to property between Stadium Drive and Third Street near the downtown Winston-Salem Central Business District (CBD).
