Text of the Water Distribution video

Every day our water system delivers more that 40 million gallons of fresh water to our customers. That's almost 15 billion gallons a year. To do this, the Utilities Division maintains 7 pumping stations, 14 water tanks, and more than 2000 miles of water line.

When a 16-inch water main ruptured under Silas Creek Parkway, we worked 24 hours straight to complete the repair. After all, nothing can live without water.

Hi, I'm John Smith with City/County Utilities, and I'm working for you.
