Utilities Plan Review

This Utilities Division Plan Review Section is designed to provide a professional and thorough review of water and sanitary sewer plans to ensure compliance with the City of Winston-Salem’s water and sanitary sewer design standards. In an effort to meet the specialized needs of developers, engineers, property owners, and local municipalities, this section allows you to view the status of projects.

The Utilities Division Plan Review staff assigned to your project works to assist you throughout the plan review process by keeping you informed at every step along the way. The coordination of inter-departmental staff throughout the process assures you of a more efficient and timely review process.
