Custom GIS Data and Map Request

Upon request, the City of Winston-Salem/Forsyth County may provide GIS data in a different form than that on the GIS free download pages (see navigation at left). Additionally, standardized maps (see map listing) may be plotted upon request. Fees are charged based on media costs and personnel time, and requests are filled based upon staff and resource availability. See GIS Data Distribution Policy and Disclaimer for restrictions on use. Requests that are accepted are usually completed within two (2) weeks. Please fill out and submit the form below. You will be contacted by email with an estimate of total costs and time for completion if your request is accepted.
