Have a green business? Provide green products? Showcase your products, services and technologies at GoExpo! Exhibiting at GoExpo establishes your business or organization as a leader in the emerging green economy, while also providing a major marketing opportunity and demonstrating that your organization cares for the community and the environment.
This year’s GoExpo is especially interested in showcasing sustainable products and services that save money for consumers and businesses.
Government and nonprofit organizations whose objectives are consistent with the GO Expo are also encouraged to exhibit and may take advantage of reduced fees.
We’re looking for exhibitors with products or services that will educate our attendees in such areas as:

Once the booth spaces are sold out, a waiting list will be maintained. Registrations may be cancelled for a full refund up to 30 days before the event.
The exhibitor fee is $275 per 10 x 10 booth. Exhibitors needing a larger space may order multiple booths and combine the space.
Non-profit and government agencies may have one booth at a reduced fee of $50. Additional booths cost $275.
Booths do NOT include power unless it is ordered. Electricity is $55 per drop (one outlet) and is 110v.
Exhibitor Information
- Booths come with one table and two chairs per booth space.
- Exhibitors will receive two lunch tickets for their first booth and one additional lunch ticket for each additional booth.
- Exhibitors will receive two complimentary GoExpo T-shirts.
- Additional exhibitor passes (including lunch and T-shirt) are available for $25
- All booths must be set up by 10:00 a.m.
- Exhibitors shall comply with all laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations of any lawful authority, agency, or governmental unit, including without limitation, any applicable health, fire, and building codes.
- Booths must be staffed throughout the event. Exhibitors are responsible for security of their own booth.
- Applications must be submitted online.
- Check-in begins at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 30. You may check in any time between 2:00 and 7:00 p.m. or check-in Saturday morning, beginning at 7 a.m.
- All participants must be checked in by 9:00 a.m. Saturday.
- All booths must be set up by 10:00 a.m. Saturday
- You may drive up to the loading dock for the convention center to unload; however, all vehicles must be moved immediately after they are unloaded. Please do not leave your vehicle unattended, as it will be towed. Parking is available in the deck across the street from the convention center.
Check-Out
- Booths may not close before 5:00 p.m. No exceptions. Please do not leave early.
- Booths should be dismantled and booth space completely cleared by 6:00 p.m.
Exhibitor Services
- Exhibitors will receive two lunch tickets for their first booth and one additional lunch ticket for each additional booth.
- Exhibitors can receive two complimentary GoExpo T-shirts.
- An exhibitors break lounge will be located in Room 7 with light refreshments.
- Restroom facilities are available within the convention center.
- A first aid station will be set up in the show office.
- The show office will be located on the Lower Level off the exhibit floor near the main entrance.
- On-site security of exhibit booths will be provided overnight Friday. Report any security issues to the show office.
Transportation
- Exhibitor staff are encouraged to carpool to the Expo. Vendors are encouraged to use the smallest, most efficient vehicles they have for deliveries.
- Delivery vehicles will not be permitted to idle their engines while loading and unloading materials.
Paper Products and Promotional Materials
- Expo promotional material, brochures, and kids’ arts and crafts will use recycled and recyclable paper. Exhibitors are encouraged to do the same.
- Vendors are encouraged to minimize, shrink, and reduce the amount of paper handouts they offer. Direct guests to websites with detailed information by providing small business cards with website information, rather than passing out handouts.
