The Winston Salem City Council has approved several important initiatives that create and retain job opportunities in our community and neighborhoods. These programs help develop businesses and revitalize property which in turn augments the city tax base.
These program are available in the city's designated
Neighborhood Revitalization Strategy Area (NRSA), which is that area approximately bounded by Waughtown Street on the south; the Smith-Reynolds Airport area on the north; U.S. 52 on the west; and Brushy Fork Creek on the east. Please review the NRSA map to see if your business or property is located in the assistance area.
