The Development Review-Related Advisory Committee will hold two public comment sessions in January to solicit opinions on how to improve the development process in Winston-Salem.
Public comment sessions will be held Jan. 10, from 4 to 5:30 p.m., and Jan. 24, from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Both sessions will be held in the Fifth Floor Meeting Room (Room 530) of the Stuart Municipal Building, 100 E. First St.
Speakers will have up to 3 minutes to answer the question: “How can we improve the development review process?”

The City Council created the Development Review-Related Advisory Committee in June to gain an understanding of the issues that currently hinder development and recommend how the development process could be improved in Winston-Salem.
