Community Assistance

Our job is to make it easy to interact with city government - whether you need a pothole fixed, or a street light replaced, or have an issue with the way the city is doing something. Each community assistance liaison is responsible for a quadrant of the city.

We are veteran city employees who know the ins and outs of city government. Our job is to resolve issues, not just be a referral service. We take your question, get an answer and get back to you. If the issue is beyond the scope of city government, we will put you on the right track.

When we're not working on citizen issues, we will be an extra pair of eyes on the prowl for illegal dumping, blocked stormwater drains, and other services that the city handles.
