The Winston-Salem Centennial Commission is soliciting applications from food and merchandise vendors and organizations that want to participate in the Centennial “Party in the Plaza” following the Centennial Parade on Saturday, May 11.

The party will take place from 3 to 8 p.m. in Corpening Plaza and will feature music by Rhonda Thomas, Dee Lucas and headline act Pat “Mother Blues” Cohen.

Non-food vendors and organizations whose products that are locally made, feature historical displays or are otherwise related to the centennial celebration will have priority.

Food vendors, including full-service booths, hot dog carts, and popcorn/candy carts, must submit applications by March 28. Food vendor applications should be submitted to:
